Mohamed gained huge business and management experiences leading successful projects team for major industries such as automotive, retails, manufacturing, distribution, engineering & constructions, Government, Utilities and other major economical sectors using major software solutions such as BAAN, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft as well as many other solutions providers. In 2006, Mohamed founded Technology Universe (www.tchuniverse.com) which is today recognized as the leading implementation partner for Microsoft retail & distribution solutions.

Alaa has successfully delivered impressive results throughout his employment in major software and hardware multinational industry leaders. Firms like SAP, Oracle, IBM and Dell have depended on Alaa to grow their business in different capacities of his employment history. He also established successful business that turned local IT firms into regional ICT players and system integrators achieving double digit revenue growth thru an increased number of key decision makers across industries.

With more than 23 years of broad-based and progressively responsible experience on IT infrastructure / ERP Implementation in Manufacturing Industries in Egypt and Gulf States, Khaled has developed Enhanced Business process tools using different ERP software with respect to Finance, Distribution and Manufacturing. With extensive experience on ERP solutions with in depth knowledge in the fields of Implementation, Project Management, Administration and Tools, Khaled managed to develop cost effective solutions and design strategic long term operational plans.
